meh

sorry to say i was expecting a bit more. I have seen this visual style at least 10 times already. look i can shade stick figures. They stared angrily ahead of them even when they were relaxing in the car. on top of it, it had regurgitated scenes from the matrix. to add, everyone's car exploded on impact and choice of camera angles were a bit confusing sometimes. The character voice acting was bland and their choice of words were uninspired.

So what the heck makes this one so good? I must be weird. hehe there wasn't a single element that drew me into this one :(

Overall though I do note the amount of effort you put into this. While I disliked the bullet time I liked the execution of how he shot the dude that ended up screaming hehe AUAUARHRHRhghGHHHGHGhGGHGhghgh

bleh

hm, well it moves well but the story is absolutely horrendous. you would have been better off just not having one. OH LOOK WE BOTH HAVE THE SAME FATHER AND WE ARE FIGHTING AND WE ARE THE SAME. wow that is so original hahaha

good

i dig alot of the jokes. peepee in the frozen birdy's mouth.

hm

thought provoking. i figure that's what you're going for so good job or something, i guess. hehe

DarkCyrstal responds:

Hm something blah blah. I know, this movie is very oddly ironic. I meant it to be sick disturbing funny/sad. I took some pics i found and added them to what i found was an unusual song by louis armstrong. In this song you can't help be sarcastic. Know that what a wonderful world we live in.

cool

pretty cool but unfortunately the basis of this whole series is completely uncreative. funny how you said you won't make anymore because you're completely ripping off someone else's work and you know it (notice that you did not say you were parodying it), but you make 2 more. It's a shame you're hipocrit that's wasting rather good jokes/situations stemming off something so bland.

anyway, good camera choices. The atmosphere is consistent and the conversation takes some nice turns. Liking the stuff with Matt Groenig or however you spell it, and your interpretation of satan. haha

not too shabby

i love the itchy and scratchy stuff on the simpsons. your timing is much much different than theirs though unfortunately. however the likeness of them was really consistent.

i like what you're doing with viewer input! also digging the parody name, the voice acting and the lighting/direction. the animation is a bit.. eh i dunno. but whatever, it's good. :)

robfeldman responds:

Thanks. I know the animation is a bit rough going at times, but think of it as an animted comic, like those old Marvel cartoons from the 60's. Plus, with time constraints....well, it's hard to churn out singehandedly. Thanks for the vote, though!!

jolly good

yes, good show, old chaps. my favorite zombie would be the stile zombie. :D

:)

quite cool, man. I've seen fan art of the projects I've worked on with Tom before - but I never got to see any of your pictures before now. All of these are cool! I especially like the synj vs. horrid stuff and the chainsaw dude going nuts hehe

bravo!

poxpower responds:

Glad you where pleased... but I sense you weren't pleased enough... next time ( and believe me there's going to be one!) I include your characters in one of my projects, I'll put twice the time on the art!
My very favorite character id the chainsaw man! He's so "poseable" and easy to put in a slaughterfest context! I like very much! And glad you loved the Synj vs Horrid. I liked it to, and I was going to put more Synj, but I wanted to include more diverse characters and keep a certain proportion of important/secondary characters. next time...

ick

I'm sorry, but this movie did absolutely nothing for me.

Someone is screaming about how they want your soul when this has pretty much nothing to do with souls. The main character is supposively a badass but never is able to take a single step while sprinting nonetheless.

It was painful for me to get through. That's my honest opinion. If you aim to do action sequences, you might want to try more movement in them next time.

i try to answer everyone's messages but i just can't keep up - please know i love you all forever and ever and that you all are each part of the reason i do art. the tablet I use is a Wacom Intuos-3 6x8" and i use Flash MX. no platform questions please.
