:/

very good combo of environment and character!! -- but then you start mixing a ton of more characters from other lines and it just breaks the whole thing. If you would have just kept the two going throughout I feel as if it would have been alot more successful.

cool

Hey cool! okay pros and cons.

Cool soundtrack. Excellent running time of the whole thing. Rather good flow, and very interesting to watch.

I work in 3D all day at work so your random, quirky camera movements have little or no bearing on my score. The music implied more of a gentle nature but sometimes the camera actually became the star of the show and ruined some things for me. I would say one of the broader camera movements i was most pleased with would be in the ravine where you fly by the blue men doing stuff. that was when I started getting into it.

Overall, it's great, man. Hope you don't mind my review touching both sides. I feel NG users really don't point out more than one-sided reviews for the most part, providing no room to grow either way.

would love to see more, I dig surreal stuff sometimes :D

I understand. If I were doing this for video or file size was not an issue, it would be a whole lot smoother. You may notice some places where the frame rate drops by half, that is probably where the camera gets quirky for you, but that was done to keep the file size from exploding.

If it were much shorter than 5 minutes, I could do some very smooth movements. Ah, the drawbacks of flash and 3D to 2D. :(

Now, if OpenGL or Direct3D players were as popular as Flash.... :)

hm

cool attempt, but if it had some sort of theme or tie-in it would have made it a billion times better.

yeth

teh secksay!

good

Hey, not bad!

If you look at it another way, this thing currently has a score high enough to beat out 99% of the games on newgrounds. to me, this is complete and total bullshit since it has no replayability factor. Even to those who might want to watch it several times, it still doesn't hold as much content to keep myself entertained as a good flash game would.

However, great poses, good voices this round, and wonderous timing on the tutu. I believe you could go incredibly far with a series of 2 minute shorts - especially since you're taking over the entire listing all by yourself with such quickly made episodes.

You get a big fat zero for creativity though since you're regurgitating old videogame characters. I vote 2.5.

HEheheeh

excellent. IT'S A GEYSER

Thanks for your interest in my movie, Synj. As of this writing, I understand you're going to be putting Alien Hominid on console systems. You can be sure I'll check it out. It'll also be nice to know that when I see your game on store shelfs I can say that the creator of that game liked my movies on NG. Trully, you are an inspiration to everyone.

hehe

ahaha i hope alot of people saw you in your driveway shoveling around broken shit in a big group HEHEEE

WOW

this puts rockman neo to shame any day

basssmannn responds:

OMG, REVIEWED BY THE MIGHTY SYNJ, THANKS!!!

HAH!

Interestingly enough, I have drawn similar pictures before with a giant tit rampaging the city. So how else can I feel except support such a wonderous animation!! Hooray!!!

eh, not bad

your previous submission was 800 times nicer. makes me wonder a bit. still, good timing sense on most of it, but absolutely horrid sound quality. hehe

i try to answer everyone's messages but i just can't keep up - please know i love you all forever and ever and that you all are each part of the reason i do art. the tablet I use is a Wacom Intuos-3 6x8" and i use Flash MX. no platform questions please.
