I don't quite understand how this works. It's all being designed -- at least on your end -- in flash. Does XNA have some way of running vector stuff, or does all this crap you draw need to be sprititized into image files somehow?
this isn't XNA, this is regular development methods. it's a bit involved, and i can't go into the details unfortunately.
